itchy trigger finger but a stable turn table

la la its saturday night and im not doing much.

thinking thinking thinking. about doing something one of my internet friends has just done, and what one of my friends plans on doing in about 9 weeks time. its so far from happening, but exciting none the less.

when i was at the gyme the other day, channel v were playing a new beastie boys film clip. it seems theyve released a remix of brass monkey. it reminded me of when i saw them play back in january. they played no sleep til brooklyn, but updated for their new, snag ways. instead of mca being in the back of the tour bus skeezing with a whore, he was in the back of the bus with the mah jongg board. and instead of autographed pictures and classy hoes, they now have autographed pictures like nobody knows.

its interesting. a couple years back they didnt even acknowledge licensed to ill, so its good to see them playing it, and even re-realising songs off it, but for me its a case of dont mess with the classics.

to look glam for my cousins wedding a few weeks back, i got acrylic nails put on. they look rad, but fuck they are hard to type with on the ibook. at work, with the pc keyboard it seems to be alright, but with these smaller keys i am having a bit of trouble. the boy thinks my nails make me look like a porn star. i say he should enjoy it.

you know, ive been meaning to tell that beastie boys story on the diaryland since i saw the show. 9 months ago. i really can hardly be bothered with diaryland anymore. it stemmed from being busy at first. but then i was a bit pissy because diaryland was a service i paid to use, but a lot of things up to par. like after the great outage a while back, half my entries disappeared, and it took ages to get them back, and also my old diary, which i had a gold membership for until i switched to this one, is fucked. when you go to the index page, all you see is %% entries %% [without the spaces]. i really got quite sick of it, which is why i didnt renew my gold membership this time around.

but while i have a livejournal too, im not about to switch over completely. my boyfriend bought me a paid membership one night when he was drunk one night. but still i dont feel comfortable using it for more than trivial news, i mainly talk about things like my nintendogs. most people who know me on livejournal, know me through the boy, well except for the cool people who also have diaryland diaries. two different places on the interwebs to be emo and whingy is cool man.

but what i want to do is, ages ago i bought a domain, and i want to run a blog on it. but im too lazy and un-edumacated about coding and website design to do it. and then i think, if i go to all the trouble of designing a kick ass website, it would go to waste with how infrequently i update. so i dont know what ill do.
